Processing
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be fulfilled before being shipped. I will always try to make sure orders are fulfilled/packed as quickly and efficiently as possible but this allows time for myself around my work schedule to be able to get orders ready whilst you have a clear and accurate time estimate to work out when you will receive your order. This will be updated accordingly if I feel that it needs to be amended. Delivery times are separate.
Delivery
All delivery methods are signed for services, this is to ensure that I have confirmation of the parcel being received at the other end and can avoid packages getting lost. Your shipping reference will be uploaded to your order and will automatically send you an email confirming so you can check this yourself also.

EUROPE is unfortunately no longer an area that Afterglow are currently able to ship to due to the law change that came into effect 16th December 2024. We hope we find a way to be able to accommodate again soon.
As of 29th August 2025, the de minimis law was changed which means USA orders will now be subject to customs and duties regardless of the amount spent. Afterglow have covered the fees on our end up until Friday 13th February, however all orders placed from now will have a small surcharge included in the shipping cost to cover the fees it costs for us to send to you. We unfortunately cannot predict or be responsible for any charges once your order reaches US customs or your address.
Once items are posted, the postage side is out of Afterglow's hands in regards to delivery. With Royal Mail, any item posted is not classed as lost until 30 working days have passed so if for any reason you experience this, please get in touch via the contact form as soon as possible so we are aware but please note that items cannot be replaced or classed as missing until that time frame passes as they don't assist beforehand! Afterglow will always send out replacements but some orders just take longer and it is out of our hands, we appreciate your patience! (And this is why our signed for shipping service works best!)
All sales are final and non-refundable. Every single brush goes through a quality check before being approved for sale, so will be in perfect condition. If for any reason you have an issue, please reach out via the contact form.
