Processing  

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be fulfilled before being shipped. I will always try to make sure orders are fulfilled/packed as quickly and efficiently as possible but this allows time for myself around my work schedule to be able to get orders ready whilst you have a clear and accurate time estimate to work out when you will receive your order. This will be updated accordingly if I feel that it needs to be amended. Delivery times are separate.

Delivery 

All delivery methods include tracked and signed services, this is to ensure that you receive your products but also so I have confirmation of the parcel being received and can avoid packages getting lost.

1st Class Delivery Aim: Next Working Day (Please allow up to 1-3 Due To COVID & During Busier Time Periods) 

2nd Class Delivery Aim: 2-3 Working Days (Please Allow Up To 3-5 Due To COVID & During Busier Time Periods) 

Europe Delivery Aim: 3-5 Working Days (Please Allow Double The Estimated Time Due To COVID, Busier Time Periods, Brexit Changes & Customs)

Worldwide Delivery Aim: 5-7 Working Days (Please Allow Double The Estimated Time Due To COVID, Busier Time Periods, Brexit Changes & Customs)

Once items are posted, the postage side is out of my hands in regards to delivery. However, I am able to track all orders so please do message via the contact form if you are waiting longer than the recommended times so that I can track and update you! 


All sales are final and non-refundable. Every single brush goes through a quality check before being approved for sale, so will be in perfect condition. If for any reason you have an issue, please reach out via the contact form.
